We are currently offering Fitness classes online via Zoom on Wednesday evenings.

Our DanceFit class is suitable for all levels and abilities, 6pm every week. Dance away to popular tunes from the comfort of your own home. You only need your trainers and a sense of humour. Easy to follow routines that are lots of fun.

Stretch Strengthen and Tone follows straight after and is an ideal class to stretch out those tight muscles as well as toning and strengthening. We always try to focus on specific areas of concern for our members.
A mat is required for this class. Resistance bands and small weights are also used. If you don’t have weights then a tin of beans or similar works just as well.
